Design Experience

New Era x Buffalo State Design-a-thon

March 14th-16th, 2025 | March 6th-8th, 2026

Participated in the New Era x Buffalo State Design-a-thon, where students create avant-garde sculptures using only scrap and sample materials. The event spans three days. On the first day, students tour New Era Headquarters. The decord say is dedicated entirely to designing, where students have a 16-hour window to conceptualize and build their pieces. On the third and final day, students present their work to a panel of judges made up of New Era employees.
